Q: Do you travel? If so, how far?
A: If you live within 20 miles of Bozeman, MT you are not charged a travel fee. Anything farther than 20 miles away from Bozeman is $1/mile, the first 20 miles there and back are complimentary. 

Q: What is the best age group for princess parties?
A: We find between 3-12 is ideal, and we will customize the activities to suit the age group of the guests. 

Q: Where do we go for the party?
A: We are full service. You just name the place and time and we bring the party to you! We need at least 100 square feet for our parties.


Q: Do you provide the costumes that the guests wear?
A: No. The guests bring their own costumes. The children get into the party more if they too are in costume. Any dress would be fine for this.

Q: Can boys be attend?
A: Most definitely! Boys are absolutely able to participate in our activities, please indicate the number of boys and girls in the pre-party questionnaire so we can bring the appropriate accessories for your chosen princess and party package. 


Q: Can we have the party outside?
A: We prefer to keep our costumes and wigs inside due to weather elements & activities, however if you are planning a party outside, please let us know and we can see if based on the season and accessibility if it is something we can accommodate. 

Q: Some packages are just for 8 participants - does this include the birthday girl?
A: Yes. The birthday girl plus seven friends is what each party includes. You may add additional guests for $15.00 each. Children under 2 are too young for our activities. 


Q: If there are not 8 children at the party, do I still pay full price ?
A: Yes. The price is set for "up to 8 people" (including the birthday girl) no discount is given to parties with less than 8.


Q: How much set up time do you require?
A: NONE! The party begins when the princess arrives and "unfolds" throughout the party. All of our packages work best when the children and birthday girl are ready to party as soon as we arrive. For example, If you put a total party time on your invites from 3:00 - 5:30, We would ideally like to come around 3:30 or 4:00.


Q: Are parents allowed to tip the princess?
A: Tipping is allowed away from the children. If you feel her performance was tip-worthy, by all means let her know.


Q: Can adults take pictures/video during the party?
A: Yes! Take as many as you can!! (Feel free to post them on socials and tag us!)
 
 

Q: Do you provide your own music?
A: We bring a karaoke machine so you don’t need to worry about providing music for your party. The only thing you need to provide is an outlet to plug into and plenty of room to dance & play. 

Q: What occurs during the pamper princess party?
A: Jesi, a licensed professional makeup artist will play makeup with each of the party guests. Depending on the age of the group, the makeup applied will vary. May include, but not limited to: stick on diamonds, shimmer eyeshadow, cheek glitter, lip stick/lip gloss etc.. 

Q: What do I need to provide?
A: We will need one large open room where we can be with the guests and play games. Please remember to make the space as open as possible, and an outlet to plug in our karaoke speaker. 
 

Q: Do I need to pay a deposit to book my party?
A: As is industry standard, a deposit is required to book your party.  This $50 booking deposit goes toward the total party price and reserves you on the calendar, giving you priority over others wanting to book that day. We book on a first come first served basis and cannot hold party dates/times without a deposit. Please be aware that the remaining balance will be due the week of your event, before the party occurs.
